Could anyone on Ward's resume hang with Kovalev?

In my opinion no. The Kovalev of today would KO every guy Ward ever fought if they were the same as when Ward fought them. I believe he will KO Ward and Stevenson and any other 175 pound boxer. Ward apparently has the courage to fight Kovalev but I think Stevenson is afraid to fight Kovalev. Stevenson tries to make it sound like Kovalev is the one who is holding up the fight. I don't think Stevenson would fight him under any circumstances and he is just spouting BS to save face.Comment

Darnell Boone must be the best worst boxer in the world. He gave three excellent champions, Stevenson, Ward and Kovalev all they could handle. Still his overall record is terrible with a very low KO percentage. He is a dangerous spoiler and whoever fights him better keep their guard up and not take him lightly. He might have one of his good nights.Comment

No question they wouldn't be able to.
Froch gets stopped in 3
Abraham within 5
Kessler in 8 or 9
Dawson within 2
Bika in 6 or 7
On the other hand with Ward vs Kov's resume(assuming he's himself at 175)
Shuts out Campillo
Clearly UD's Cleverly
Decisions Pascal
Ward beats Hopkins in an ugly, slow, feints galore, clinching fest. I think it would be either SD or MD.Comment

First, this is a dumb question because until now Ward has fought at 168 so asking if the best light heavyweight could beat them isn't a fair question, but anything goes when it comes to slandering Ward
Re: Darnell Boone, the guy has a 23-22 career record, but look at the names he's fought: Ward, Pascal, Curtis Stevens, Lara, Edwin Rodriguez, Monroe Jr, Stevenson twice, and Kovalev twiceComment
