Why do I need to find an excuse ... I'm not even a Ward fan.

And I know it was over 2 years ago and Virgil was just answering a question.

Same thing with Abel Sanchez when he said "anybody from 154 to 168"

Boxers and their trainers/promoters say all kinds of stuff to grab the fan's attention, and 90% of it is bullshit.

I just find it strange that the same people who understand and accept that where Ward is concerned expect GGG to live up to every last word that he and his team have ever said as if they'd been speaking on oath with their hand on a bible.

Can you at least understand the criticism?

Says anyone from 154-168, then tries to fight the best 168lber at 164. Says unification is the goal-but was willing to abandon it for froch or chavez. Says he can make 154 comfortably for Floyd then has an issue with 155 for Canelo.

You've been around NSB enough that you have seen countless other fighters get bashed when they haven't lived up to what they said-Ward included.

WHy is it wrong to do the same to GGG? or was it always wrong but since now Its GGG and you like him, you take issue with it?

And what is ggg doing in the meantime? Its not like he is a ppv draw or anything that a unified champ (if things go the way you say) should really be earning a shot at him.

So if he loses he will stay at 168?

He wasn't ready to abandon unification for Froch and Chavez. There were no unification fights on the cards for him back then. He would also have fought Ward at 168 in 2013, for the same reason.

                And ...

Ward said he would make 160 for Floyd, but wouldn't go to 164 for Golovkin.

Did I call him a duck or a coward because of that?

No, because I'm not a fucking idiot.

Do i really have to explain to you what the difference between said 3 years ago and says right now means?

GGG said 154-168 when he came into the scene to get any fight at that time. He even called out Ward at 168 in 2013 but Ward ducked him.

Since 2014 it's clear that GGG made a big name and was one of the top HBO fighters, he said his goal is to unify the titles. The only exceptions would be huge PPV fights at a different weight.

I really question if you are just acting ****** or if you really cannot grasp simple terms. It's not really fun trying to educate people again and again. ******ity seems to make people ignorant and blind.

Anyway keep circlerjerking and show your ******ity, ignorance and hatred towards one of the last real fighters out there who keeps boxing on top.

All you guys just fuel GGG's success. It was the same with all great fighters, the more popular and successful you are, the more people will be jealous and try to discredit you.

With GGG being the Gentleman he is, he will just smile and forgive you, since he doesn't give a damn about these ignorant keyboard warriors.
