Where is that sign from Golovkin ?
Not one world-class fighter on his resume, but he could have 4.
He COULD have fought Ward, Lara, Canelo, Cotto, but CHOSE not to.
And yet, you fixate on Ward, who has already proved himself ?
Double-standards much ?
Or is it low expectations ?Comment

It was an issue though, and they did want a CW. Counter to what you just said.
No, he's a diva because he's a ****ing diva. You have to always bend to what he wants. Oakland anyone!
And did you just call out to see if anyone recognized my handle. Are you ****ing serious with that lame shiiiit. But you're not a fan right, working kinda hard for a Non-fanboy. The only agenda I have is the truth. Ward is widley known to be a diva. People are not just making this up.
Not only that, Ward has hardly proved himself the best. He had some success in super six, lucky to get contracted those fights, but he came through.
But everything after that's been a sham. Whether he forced it or not, the Dawson fight was a sham. Dawson was done long before he walked into the ring, everyone knew it.
Ward's boxing style is borderline illegal. Please don't make me get in a debate about what "borderline" means. If you have media training, as I do, then word choice should mean something to you. The man routinely swings his head around to force other fighter to have to watch out for it. A technique he should have been called out for. He did it after getting rocked by Smith. He has a history of doing this. Let's not start with literally holding the arms of the opponent. Half his game plan is more akin to MMA than boxing.
Despite this, Ward has shown himself to be a decent boxer when he wants to be.
But since Dawson, Ward has disappeared and still acts as if he is always A-side.
The guy has been inactive and repeatedly injured, no one truly knows what he has left.
This fight will tell us something. I suspect, Ward isn't gonna like the result. Smith hurt him, I wouldn't be at all shocked Sulli B puts him away.Comment

this is the definition of low expectations. ward fans pretending a tune up is a great fight simply because ward kept trying to get easier fights but was denied so this looks good in comparison. its like the reverse ggg. ggg gets stuck with less than stellar opponents after trying to fight the best. ward gets stuck with less than stellar opponents after trying to fight the worst and being forced into upping his level just a bit.Comment

Ward is a diva. He is widely known to be one of the hardest guys to negotiate with.
Kov isn't that much bigger than Ward. Not in height, weight, or length.
Ward hides his rehydration weight, which is what fighters do when they want you to believe they are smaller.
Ward last fought at 172, and was largely believed to be at least 185 during that fight. He'll be heavier for Kovalev.
Ward is a legit LHW.
And yes, he did come out as a MW, but Ward looked bad as a MW, he was weight drained. It's why he fought SMW.
This dude wants to fight HW, so he said.
He knows he is bigger than his fans like to pretend he is.
He wants what he wants. And if he gets it good for him. I court he literally acts like a Kardashian during negotiations.Comment

GGG usually has his entire fights signed by the end of January.
You do know that the guy Ward is fighting is ranked HIGHER than Ward at LHW by most organizations?
And GGG's is not???
That's the difference between the two! One will move up and go for other challenges while the other one sit and squats weight for the smaller guys to grow up.Comment

GGG = 5th Year Senior waiting on the fresh meat Freshmen.
