But come on man, that's the amateurs. Jerrod Fletcher beat Adonis Stevenson and James DeGale in the amateurs; Jacob's stopped Fletcher in 5 rounds in the pros.

How do you think Fletcher matches up against Stevenson and DeGale today even though he beat them in the AM's?
I'm just joking with you, Korobov has interesting potential, but his pro career has been a major disappointment and most have given up on him. He'd be better than Heiland or Johnson, but I'd rather see K2 go after Jacobs, Lara, or Andrade.

      Of course I can.

      As a fan, that's what I'm doing right now. It's called Supply-Demand.

Lara has a supply that me and a lot of other people don't want. Since we don't like his style, as consumers, we have the power to not support him. Which is what I'm voicing now.

I sampled his product and then proceeded to throw up thereafter.

        Lol it's all good man.

Andrade has been on the sideline for a while. He, at least, needs a few warm-ups and getting his beak wet before challenging someone like GGG in April. Andrade will get stopped and I mean early. But not because he's an inferior fighter, but because he's had two fights in over two years against very low competition. I thought the Vanes fight was his ticket, but instead he regressed.

Well then you're not a real boxing fan. Yes, boxing is entertainment. But more importantly, boxing is about competition. The best fighting the best. And if you don't embrace the best, regardless of style. It means you're not a fight fan. You're nothing but a glorified casual.

Jacobs vs GGG is the best fighting the best. It's the #1 MW vs the #2 MW.

Regarding Lara, a few posts back, I laid out my reasoning/logic for you on why I felt Lara had a "weird" career thus far. Let's again look at his track record of opportunities:

            - Molina - Draw
            - Williams - Loss but really Won
            - Vanes - Draw
            - Angulo - Won
            - Canelo - Loss
            - Trout - Won

His career has just been up and down.

I was on board with him against Canelo. I'm like "Ok, EL is going to get a chance to show everyone what he has", but he let me down miserably and in result actually enraged me.

I'm a hardcore boxing fan and yes, I wouldn't mind seeing Lara fight GGG; just not over Jacobs. If that makes me a casual boxing fan because I'd prefer the #2 MW in Jacobs over Lara then so be it.

            • all of you shouting Lara don't know what u r talking about.
the pressure and cutting of the ring while shooting bombs at the ribs will make Lara quit around the 7th round.

Now let's put Jacobs resume on the table:

                Quillen
                Pirog KTFO

                The end.

                  Ok and that's fine.

Remind me on what the problem with losing to Pirog is? I can understand complaining about losing to someone like Rubio, but Pirog is someone who was a potential P4P fighter.

And then please explain how losing to Pirog almost 6 years ago effects his status as the #2 MW coming off one of the biggest wins in the division today?

                  There's no correlation.

BTW, who would you say Lara's top 2 victories are?

First of all, Pirog wasn't a potential P4P anything. Secondly, I find it ironic that its OK for you to bring up past draw or whatever else to make your case against Lara. Yet I can't mention ya boy getting KTFO in my argument. Third, you keep calling Jabobs the #2 middleweight as if that's a good thing. If he's the #2 fighter in the division. It kinda stregnthems my stance that its time for GGG to look outside the division for legit challenges. As for Lara's best two wins. Paul Williams and Austin Trout. And in my own lil boxing universe, Canelo Alvarez. Danny Jacobs doesn't have a signle win to rival any of those.
