? In the article, it doesn't say if Canelo was firm on any weight. Damn, what about meet in the middle. That way, better chances for less weight drain issues for GGG.

You should know this you're a former boxer right?

You boxed at York Hall off Bethnal Green in east London right?

What ever happened to you how'd your career turn out?
Now mongo.....guess what rounds hagler vs hearns was scheduled for ? It was 12 rounds Guess what rounds hagler vs Mugabi was scheduled for ? 12 rounds.. Guess what size gloves are used in middleweight title fights 10 0z gloves that's mandatory for all middlweight or anybody weighing over welterweight ..they were 10oz gloves...know your facts son and you shouldn't always believe what you read.....yes Leonard did ask for 12 rounds but hagler choose to have a bigger purse and that's why he conceded on the rounds....but it was for the WBC world title and they had already cut the rounds of a world title fight from 15 to 12 rounds in 1983 after a death in the ring...both the WBA AND IBF stripped hagler for failure of fighting his mandatory and deciding to fight Leonard instead Hagler and Leonard boxed for the WBC title and that's why it was for 12 rounds.....Leonard highest weight was 153 which was light middlweight...canelo is 155 which is middlweight big difference...when it's a mandatory you can't demand a fighter to drop weight in own division don't ....look I know one way or the other canelo will have to defend against golovkin....if it's 157 I'm cool with it because I guarantee you golovkin sends Ginger minge back across the rio grande ....girls drugs and partying is the answer to your last question ...

Canelo shouldn't put GGG on a pedestal. No wonder GGG is seen as top 5 p4p because canelo needs a cw to beat GGG. Must be a Monister GGG!

I don't blame him. If Golovkin wants the fight, come down to Canelo weight. Golovkin insists on wanting to fight Canelo at a catchweight, while saying Ward would have to fight him at 164. I hope Canelo holds firm on his weight stipulation. It's what Golovkin gets for pulling that bull**** with Ward.

Also Golovkin's people are making him look a bit of a ducker with the Ward thing, and now the constant ducking of Lara, who said he would fight Golovkin at the full middleweight limit.

Keep its up this remember GGG doesn't have to agree to anything because his the mandatory so if you want 155 you will have to put up money or give up the belt

Maybe the best thing would just be to strip Canelo and wait two years until his body forces him to 160. The question then becomes who's fans will put up with more? GGG fans having to settle for the Johnson's of the world because guys like Canelo are scared of him, or Canelo's fans settling for the Rosado's of the world because Canelo is too afraid of GGG.

mayweather taught canelo how to be a business man. .all sacrifices must be made by the opponent, dont like it ,kick rocks. canelo is the money man here, he can fight rosado on PPV and pull decent numbers. golovkin must bend to whatever demand. having canelo on his resume is way more impressive than having all the belts with no significant victory. besides, he said he can drop to 154 with ease, those words haunting him.
