Boxers getting overpaid is not a good thing, in fact it's the opposite, it makes good fights harder to make(see Thurman vs Porter) and doesn't point to the health of the sport. At the moment boxers are probably making more than ever but boxing as a whole is losing a lot of fans and in the US is dying.
