That depends what Ward and Kovalev do this year to build it up. if they fought next, it might do about the same or maybe a little better on HBO PPV, Ward being american and an Olympic medal winner
But it wouldn't sell out MSG or get anywhere the record mechandise sales from GGG/Lemieux.
And it wouldn't do anywhere near as well internationally either. I watched GGG/Lemieux on Boxnation PPV in the UK. I read on ESPN that it was also PPV in Poland, Russia, Germany, and the international revenue was the highest K2 have ever got from a fight staged in the US.
Those figures were not included in the 150k HBO number. That was just the live US audience.
