The most racist thing i've seen in boxing was the rant Floyd went on about asians few years ago .

"As soon as we come off vacation, we're going to cook that little yellow chump. We ain't worried about that. So they ain't gotta worry about me fighting the midget. Once I kick the midget ass, I don't want you all to jump on my d---. So you all better get on the bandwagon now. ... Racism truly exists in boxing .

The most racist things i've seen in recent years came from black boxers .

- Devon Alexander's " chinamen " rant .
-Hopkins frequent rants about race .
- Mayweather's comments about asians on two separate occasions .

This will quite rightly be brought up every time Floyd plays the race card.

Floyd makes no sense at all. First he talks about how there's still racism in boxing and in gerenal because Ward is ranked #4, then he brings up some japanses dude coming in at #9. So is floyd only picking out the black fighters? Because if what floyd says is true, then why the hell would a japanese guy even makes it on that list? Or is floyd trying to say there's racism only if you are black?

McGregor has a high level of support from all over Ireland, it crosses the sectarian divide as does he. He carries his flag the same way British, American or any other fighter does. He's proud to represent his country.

Trash talking in a general manner is a very different thing to personally insulting opponents. There is no issue with Floyd saying he'll beat someone's ass or embarrass them or whatever...it's different when you label someone 'yellow' and 'dog eater'.

Again, Floyd has shown cases of racism, sexism and domestic abuse and then complains that he's not as popular as a guy who hasn't.

Floyd, like his supporters in here, just aren't accountable for their actions. He believes he wasn't beloved because he's black, completely ignoring the fact that he's a serial woman beater whose own son wrote a statement testifying to that fact. He also ignores the fact that he has one of the most off-putting, annoying, personalities in the world. He then cries about Andre Ward, when the reality is he hasn't had a meaningful fight in four years. Why would he be rated highly? But, no, it's racism. It's startling to see how clueless him and his fans are to reality.

using words such as black, white, yellow, is not racist. But when calling another race a dog eater, then yes that's pretty racist. U cant group all people together. There's stuff white people do that other white people dont, etc.

Floyd's statement was not really about racism. The racism was just the subject line to bring attention. What he is really complaining about is why Haymon and TMT fighters are overlooked and not getting accolades.

The weird thing is he knows why. He did it himself. He downplayed the same guys when he was fighting. He never gave them an opportunity. Why did he scoff at the idea of fighting them? Because he decided to jump on the money instead and ride the Mexican fan train. He called them undeserving etc. Now that he is retired, he wants them to get the shine so he can make money off them.

So he also provided some filler regarding Laila, Rousey, GGG and Ward. Then tried to spin it asking why the White versions get more fanfare.

Laila did not participate in a remotely popular sport, Rousey did.
GGG is a fans wish, fights often, friendly and fun. Ward simply isn't.

Floyd and so many others cannot grasp why GGG is popular. They hate the fact that he is popular and ignore the real reasons why and instead concentrate on his skin color.
