I don't have a problem with Canelo facing Monroe at the full 160 weight limit to get a feel for the division. On the other hand, Rosado's best days are behind him so Canelo wouldn't gain much by fighting him.

he's been fighting past middleweight for years on fight night fighting opposition who also come in or past middleweight.

this is just stretching out pay days while dangling the carrot in front of fans for a potential GGG fight similar to how floyd and manny did fans for five years. both floyd and manny fought so many guys before fighting each other yet each fight they fought not against each other held promise to fans that if you keep watching floyd and manny not fight each other, eventually we will give you the fight you want.

hopefully they dont take 5 years to milk and marinate this fight.
