I have never heard anybody say that they believe racism is a problem in modern day US boxing.

Pre world war 2, yes, for sure, black boxers were discriminated against and denied title shots they should have got, especially at HW. But those days are obviously over now.

What you say about white owned business corporations making money off Mayweather is no doubt correct.

But MONEY is what those corporate business men worship and strive for. Race does not matter to people like them.

If they believe they can make money off a black boxer's talent, they will promote that boxer and do everything they can to make him as big a star as possible.

That's how Floyd became the highest earning athlete in sports history.

I thought Haymon was an equal opportunity manager/promoter? He has a deal with almost every network possible and his fighters get more national exposure than anyone else so I don't know what Floyd is talking about. It's up to the fans to decide which fighters they like and which fighters they decide not to pay so much attention to. If Haymon's fighters, who are predominantly black but also includes white, hispanic, russian, ukranian and more under perform, do not meet expectations or god forbid, get knocked out when they are the favored undefeated prospect, that's their own fault for either building up a dubious record against non-contenders and being overconfident when stepping up in class or they never had the goods to compete on the top level to begin with. It's that simple! When Tony Harrison, Julius Jackson and any other Haymon fighters get KO'd, it's not racism that caused it. It's because they got beat by a better fighter, end of story!
On the other hand, if the more elite level Haymon fighters like Wilder, Stevenson, Garcia, Figueroa, etc make claims to be the top fighters in their respective divisions yet make every effort to avoid the other top ranked fighters in their divisions, they are likely to look suspect and lose credibility. There's nothing racist about it! Some fighters are willing to face the best and prove they are the real thing and some fighters want to hold on to their unbeaten records forever and never really take a risk and actually get tested. It's a business and whatever path you take is completely up to you but if you talk the talk but refuse to walk the walk, it's inevitable that fans will criticize you.
Floyd seems to think his blueprint for being very careful who you fight, when you fight them and what weight you fight at is the path to success and should be heralded by both fans and boxing pundits alike but he has to realize that most fans and boxing writers have tired of the strategic cherry pick matchmaking that led Mayweather being the richest and arguably the most boring p4p fighter of all time.
Mayweather is coming off the most financially successful career of all time yet he can't show even the slightest bit of dignity. He's still blatantly seeking the approval by the boxing community that he was completely justified in his decisions in the ring and his career was an example of how to produce a universally respected and appreciated champion. Sorry Floyd but you can't have it both ways. You made your way to the top through the path of least resistance. You can't expect many people to appreciate your successors following in your footsteps.

Dude, you should be one of the last people speaking to the merits of formal education as your spelling is execrable. Furthermore, your abysmal outlook on life in America and your willing acceptance of prejudiced attacks against others is abhorrent. Additionally, the belief that you have the authority/jurisdiction to define what is and is not "racism" while condemning the opinions of others suggests some sort of inferiority complex.

As to your depiction of the "miseducation" movement being played out in American colleges, you are way off base. American colleges and primary/secondary educational institutions are collectively moving towards the eradication of certain aspects of American history which may prompt feelings of racial prejudice. All across the country, civil war monuments are being taken down in an attempt to remove reminders of an era that may be offensive to certain demographics per the requests of the nation's citizens.
