No one is. Saunders is going off WHAT IT WILL TAKE for him to actually fight Golovkin. He already said the only way he'll fight Golovkin is for 3-4 million pounds, thus his twitter comment. I'm sure K2 is offering a more than fair option but it's simply not possible to get Saunders what he's demanding and Saunders knows that, he's very open about not being "ready" for Golovkin (thus the high demand on his part - he'll only fight him now for some absurd amount of cash).

Mayweather cherry picked a lot too and was all about money but a lot of people consider him one of the best ever. ggg goes same way, he might be hated and his resume queationed but he will remembered as a legend middleweight... people have never spoken about any middleweight boxer as they speak about ggg ever

ggg actually tried to do the same exact thing floyd did. move up a weight division for the big money but not necessarily the "best" fight. did you forget he tried to fight froch? oscar was ranked #6 and had 1 win in 3 years when floyd fought him. froch was at least ranked #1. yes he was #1 because of ward's inactivity but he still brought far more to the table money wise than ward and was much better than the oscar floyd fought. wasn't cory spinks ranked #1 but floyd fought oscar instead. i don't remember anyone saying floyd you are ducking spinks!!! just be consistent. ggg's at least trying to fight everyone at 160 unlike floyd did at 147 refusing to fight margarito, retiring instead of fighting cotto and waiting 6 years to fight pac. that's not respectable.

i don't understand what you are saying. ggg turned pro at 160. he turned pro at 160 to chase chavez who was unknown at the time? 154 doesn't have anyone. you mean 155? he's slotted to face canelo so that is the big fight that you are talking about and he's set for it. what more do you want him to do? do you have more things on your impossible checklist for him to do so you are pleased?

margo was not a number 1 contender to zab, floyd, no baldo...
baldo was the lineal champ of the division after beating zab...and floyd fought him to become the lineal king...margo was soon to be, but he lost his belt to paul willliams while they were bulding the fight..and williams lost his belt next..floyd had bigger fish to fry in oscar and hatton soon after...the man took risk he cant help that guys lose on their own time..im not askin ggg to win for other fighters..im just point out the obvious..floyd poops on his resume and ggg willn ever come close to floyd's

Golovkin would murder that dude. I'd rather see him fight Jacobs or Canelo (no catchweight).

Golovkin/K2 would much rather have those fights too. Unfortunately Canelo "needs" more time and Jacobs is in the PBC. So that means the only other option is Saunders since a title unification overrides his mandatory, which is Johnson. If Golovkin can't fight a title holder he'll have to fight Johnson or be stripped.

so therefore he was under the lineal champion..he was ranekd number 1, but the lineal champ was more important...
floyd got his first title from zab..they said floyd why do u fight zab and not the guy that beat him live on espn..floyd went and beat him as well...then he fought oscar at 154..and margo went an lost follwing that fight..
floyd was signed to fight zab before zab lost and they just restructured the deal to give floyd more..
margo no longer had his title...zab still had one of his titles and floyd took it but vacated bc he couldnt do a mandatory bc he was fighting oscar for big money....either way margo was not going to be next bc he woul dhave to drop his title to fight margo or be stripped...
