Who knows if that's what K2 offered or what BJS is just demanding. If K2 did offer $6mill, then they must have some sponsor behind it, maybe some Russian oil money? As for Canelo/GGG, that fight pays for itself with the ppv's.

I call bul**** on 6 mil, there's just no way. Maybe 1 mil if HBO really wants this fight, with a guaranteed return to the network win, lose, or draw (potentially Lee-Saunders 2, maybe even on the Canelo-Golovkin undercard)). What was his purse for Andy Lee?

I don't think it will be 6 million maybe 3 million for Saunders and it is for another joint world title....so the money would be laid out...plus it will sell well in the UK and it might even be made as PPV on box nation or even sold to sky....maybe there k2 are paying over the odds just to get the belt from Saunders it's happened before where a promoter has paid over the odds to get what they want......it's not a bad fight as well and Saunders has shown to be a decent boxer with good skills and unbeaten so give credit where credit is due....it would be a massive opportunity for Saunders to fight in Madison square garden and get HBO exposure across America ...Saunders might be cashing out while the money's there..who knows what's next
