Nothing is as pathetic as a guy who walking into the ring at 180 thinking he has to drain a guy who walks in the ring at 170.

It's funny anyone tries to defend that ****.

But A-side doe. I have more fans, therefore you have to tie one arm behind your back and wear one shoe.

Plus I get to throw sand in your eyes for the first three rounds.

    A-side though.

More like P-side, for puuuuusy side.
It's mind boggling and embarrassing that people actually defend this crap. We have a potential huge middleweight unification - WBC, WBA, IBF and lineal crown. One of the biggest fights in the sport. Golovkin is mandatory. And yet, people really are defending that the current WBC and lineal MIDDLEWEIGHT champion fights at his made up imaginary weight class of 155 pounds. Its sad what boxing and it's fans have become. Just ****ing fight or leave the division (which he won't since he's said himself he's too big for 154).

Good point. Many posters are willfully obtuse. If their argument was a dwelling it would be condemned as unfit for purpose.

These dumbace casual fans dont understand the LEVELS to boxing. They see GGG crushing tomato can after can and figure he cando that to EVERY SINGLE boxer in and around his wt class...even the ones who operate at a higher level(opposition). Canelo may be just moving up in wt but hes competed against world class fighters whereas GGG hasnt...and when u get a fight like this the class will show. Fkn casuals disgust me. In a sense, GGG is the new Pac while Canelo is the one to hate lol

meh, catch weights have been around forever, they aren't new, i don't see why ppl are freaking out.

canelo got bent over by floyd with a catch weight

tho, i think this might be the first time a guy that normally balloons up 20lbs asks for a catchweight lol

since the Patriots are the A-side doe, they only have to go 80 yards for a TD and they get 5 downs instead of 4.

And the opposing linebackers, cornerbacks, and safties must all wear oven mitts

                a-side doe byatches.........

Then canelo needs to relinquish the 160 belt and fight at 155 then. Simple.

At MW GGG's resume pisses all over Canelo's, and that's a fact.

It's fine talking about levels, but some fans don't seem to understand how important the weight divisions in boxing are.

No, but Ward is undefeated and the last American gold medalist. A fighter who would be the biggest possible legacy-defining win of this era for Golovkin.

The fact that GGG bitched out of fighting him by bringing up a catchweight demand makes me have no sympathy for him on this issue.
