would like for you to prove this since it's your statement.
You said that Wilder's KO streak is similar to Golovkin's ... lets compare using BoxRec ranking points at time of the fight, the points their opponents had prior to each fight.

Current number 25 MW is Caleb Truax with 179 points.
Current no 25 HW is Amir Mansour with 235 points

Starting with Kassim Ouma who was probably the first recognizable fight on Golovkins resume. And then Wilder with same fight going back to same point. For example Ouma happened 14 fights ago. 14 fights ago Wilder fought Oitmans.

    Golovkin

    Ouma - 176 points
    Simon - 129
    Fuchigama - 296
    Proshka - 328
    Rosado - 375
    Ishida - 160
    Macklin - 406
    Stevens - 289
    Adama - 268
    Geale - 525
    Rubio - 329
    Murray - 410
    Monroe Jr. - 265
    Lemieux - 484

    Wilder

    Oitmans - 14
    Beck - 12
    Manswell - 33
McCreary - 2 (lol lol lol)
    Price 99
    Greer - 10
    Harrison - 245
    Liakhovich - 76
    Firtha - 77
    Scott - 149
    Gaverne - 44
Stiverne - 474 (who was not KOd)
    Molina - 152
    Duhaupas - 182

Now can you see why Golovkin's KO record is more hyped than Wilder's KO record?

GGG is a great fighter, no doubt about it but he contradicted himself the moment he said ANYONE FROM 154 TO 168, so don't go out there saying that GGG isn't afraid of anybody and he's the second coming of Jesus Christ, hell even Sanchez said they wouldn't fight Lara because he was a no name but they were willing to fight Monroe Jr? GTFOH lies lies and excuses.

You can't defend this **** with the mandatory excuse. PERIOD.

great, another "but but but but lara doe" idiot.

Hey ******ass, let us know when any Haymon fighters get on HBO.

And just because someone thinks they can beat anyone from 154-168, that doesnt mean that every single fight between 154-168 is suddenly makeable dumbass.......

GGG wins only through a KO. A De La Hoya decision is a guaranteed lost.

Use your mind and figure out the rest.
great point on the money, but what does that have to do with little G wanting ward to come down in weight while he won't come down for canela which is more money ?

            Sad but true.

Not defending Canelo, I'd love to see the fight @160 but it is what it is.
I agree totally but we should not forget we are watching a sport and not a business. As boxing fans we should demand the best match-ups possible while acknowledging the money has to be right.

If GGG team offers Jacobs $300,000 for the fight I am not going to criticize Jacobs one little bit but if Jcobs get offered 2 million and still turns his back on that then he would have gone down in my estimation.

But also the fairness has to be right and especially when it is a mandatory. Voluntaries are something else. Nobody is demanding Golovkin fight Ward apart from a 100-200 posters on this board (out of maybe 3000 total). So Golovkin can just choose to say "no" to what was a crap suggestion anyway from Ward.

Golovkin gets held to his 154-168 statement but that was just promotional talk. No different to Ward saying he would win a hw championship and Mayweather coming out and saying TBE or indeed Garcia saying he is going to be the name at 147 and fight anybody.

Because this fight is for all the belts, ring, and lineal MW titles. There's no point in making it at 155. Your fighter weights the same or more than GGG at fight night, he's just a coward that wants to weaken GGG to outweight him. That's the only way he feels he has a chance. In equal weight, he loses badly.

This is not a "I'd go down for 154 for mayweather for a fun/money fight". This is THE MW unification fight he's been waiting for years.

Why are you so scared of Canelo going to the full 160 limit? are you so sure that Canelo needs a special weight advantage over GGG to stand a chance? He's somehow like Chavez jr...

Excuses from team Canelo you mean. I'm mean the coach quite literally just offered an excuse why they insist on a fake weight class, even though they are MW champ.

What oth excuse you got for Canelo being such a biiiitch.

What's so hard about understanding the difference.

Canelo and GGG fight in same weight class. Although Canelo isn't man enough to fight at 160, he can't make 154 anymore.

                  Canelo is 160 champ.

                  GGG is 160 champ.

What is a CW needed for.

Ward was supposedly a SMW at that time, meeting GGG in the middle would have been two guys from two weight classes splitting the difference.

GGG is not 168 lineal champ.

GGG is not demanding SMW come down to 161 to fight for SMW titles.

                  Comprehension is a good thing.

Yawl are hiding behind your FEAR

The fight better be at 160
The Golovturds like yourself already crying.
Get the fck over it, the fight WILL BE at 155.

Nothing you can do about it. Golovkin already said he's going to do the CW.
                    His own decision.
                    If he loses, he loses.

Of course they are. Canelo is a biiiitch for this CW crap. The man only fights CW fights.

His promoter wants to match him against Khan, Bradley, etc. Guys he'll weigh more than 20 pounds than.

Not even Canelo's Promoter thinks he is truly good.

I can't think of any fighter who made his own weigh class out of fear that he had to fight the monster in that division.

As soon as Canelo missed weight at 155, he should have moved on like everyone else.

But no, he wants to be 180 pounds fight night, but then drain a guy who fights a 170.

That's straight biitch ****. Canelo fans know it.
