Peter Quillin was not mentally prepared going into the Jacobs fight

Quillin doesn't seem to have the same fire as when he started. I've seen a few interviews where he expresses a blase attitude toward his future in boxing and hints at already being financially secure.

IMO, his next fight will tell a lot about his mindset toward boxing.

Quillin was caught cold and couldn't recover, rookie mistake not being able to survive. Plenty boxers have turmoil and issues in their lives, many much worse than whatever Pete was dealing with, and he himself isn't making any excuses so no need for fans to.
