Hey, if Tarver's dumb ass hadn't failed his drug test and got suspended, I can totally see his flabby ass getting 1.5mil to fight Wilder. At least Brggs is in shape.

They lowballed Briggs and when he accepted they chose Spzilka anyway. Haymon is shook.

Watch this video set to "Take It To The Limit" and tell me you don't want to see Wilder-Briggs. You cant.

Oh, I'd like to see it. Admittedly as a guilty pleasure though. I like Briggs in the same way I like Fury, they may not be the most talented but they are fun as hell.

Something you mentioned gave me a shiver... Imagine if Tarver got the fight and managed to catch Deontay... How fked up would that be. Lol. Imagine if someone told you a year ago that Tarver and Fury would hold the belts in a year.

Briggs would likely be able to beat Wilder..

        Spzilka probably not.

        That was Wilder's reasoning!

And if Tarver was on that balco ****, it's totally plausible. Dude's power and speed was shocking in spots against Banks and Cunningham, despite being ****ing flabby. #cheater

best possible to get, i'm fine with it.

The problem though always stems from, okay this was supposed to happen..... what will he do after?

Since Povetkin became his mando in 1 round last year, this should be the absolute breaking point. Hopefully the WBC don't set pure bids 5 months after the fact like they did last time

Briggs vs Wilder would probably be a competitive fight.

                  best possible?

Didn't Chambers call him out multiple times? Hell, even hughie fury said he'd take the fight.

Even Shannon Briggs would have at least been fun in the build up.

This just has stinker written all over it.

Szpilka is the best possible given the time constraints due to Glazkov pulling out last minute. Fighters with a lot going for them arent going to want the fight without a full camp. Come on dude, you know this.

Chambers cant punch and is tiny.

Fury turned down the fight, which is totally fair as they said before they're not taking any fight without a full camp, but he did turn it down.

After this can we see Povetkin, Pulev or a serious threat please, politics is politics but i want to see him against someone worth a damn now.

Wilder fan here but i want to see him take on someone dangerous and set up a huge fight with Fury next year.
