When he was at the track at 6 a.m. doing exercises, he drank a protein shake from my line of supplements created with a formula for athletes available at Ringside Promotions. These were mixed with water or lactose-free milk within 30 minutes of completing a workout, Heredia explains
It appears as though you two geniuses are having trouble understanding the difference between a supplement and a drug.

If you took the time to actually research "performance enhancing supplements" you would know that protein shakes fall under that category. Furthermore, Heredia clearly stated in the article that he introduced Marquez to science-based nutrition. Which implies that Marquez wasn't drinking protein shakes prior to working with him. This is why he was on 24/7 knocking back a glass of urine post workout instead of a protein shake.Last edited by IR0NFIST; 12-10-2015, 04:15 AM.

The point is Pacquiao needed four tries across four different weight classes, with different referees and different judges and NEVER could beat Marquez clearly. While Floyd did it his first time after a two year layoff. Marquez is never an easy fight for anybody no matter what the weight was but Floyd made him look easy.
Come on man, I've seen you point out Floyd's skills on numerous occasions. Why continue arguing?Last edited by Johnwoo8686; 12-10-2015, 05:19 AM.

What really stands out in my mind the night Manny was iced, was the look of shock on my buddy's face. He is one of the those Manny fans that isn't simply "die hard" he practically swears that Manny's nut sweat raises the dead. So to watch him squirm in utter disbelief was not only gratifying but tremendously healing. I would no longer have to hear him talk about how invincible a guy is who had lost before to decidedly beatable opponents....

There was his Pinoy Pan base talking about the Manny going up to light HW!
Not sure but lots of ****** crap about no limit to his Pinoy power. But..... But .... Then!!!!
Wait.......
Wait.......
Kaboom! KTFO, more dead than alive. The Pinoy nation destroyed, oh my gad. Their lil gad, got crushed! KO of the year right???? Did that really happen to the Manny????
Did fans scream OMGAD! Did other fans rejoice while the 'myth buster' Marquez demonstrated proper counter punching.
His hard core fans wanna pretend it didn't happen. In real time, or watching in slow motion, he got KTFO! A crushing defeat! He got Mexicuted by a Mexican, from Ciudad Mexico D.F. Mexican style!!!!! Viva Mexico!!! Viva Mexico!!!!
Viva Zaroku, repopulating the country!!!! Viva zaroku!!! Siempre!!!Last edited by Zaroku; 12-10-2015, 09:43 AM.

I don't care how much protein a guy consumes father time is still father time. Once a fighter is past the age of 35 they have to get a special physical just to get relicensed to fight. The version that Pacquiao fought looked stiffer and slower than the one who fought Floyd years earlier. But his punching power definitely increased.

To further prove my point, Bradley made Marquez look easy, but was beaten decisively by Pacquiao, who was KO'ed by Marquez. This is also why Floyd looked anything but dominant when he fought Pacquiao. You're comparing apples and oranges and making a fool out of yourself. Here's a suggestion, take off your Floyd nuthugger goggles and try thinking from an objective point of view, it might help you see the error in your logic.
