I'm warming up on Fury ever since I found out he hates ****sexuals, but yeah Wlad is shot. He looked really bad vs Jennings.

Power is the last thing to go. He hammered Pulev pretty good but he still looked slow even then. Walked right into a couple jabs like he was asleep early in the fight.

Not shot but he's clearly become less of a boxer/jabber with Banks, and more of a one-punch seeker nowadays, for whatever reason(perhaps lack of stamina or laziness). I never saw Wlad as having much of a boxing brain anyway - much more of an on/off type of fighter than a box on the fly type that was Vitali. That's been exposed for a while, and perhaps with the bit of physical decline made the opportunity ripe for Fury to actually outwit Wlad.

Not at all. I'm just getting a bit fed up of people dismissing fighters as shot after they've taken a loss.

It's not like i'm doing a Larry and creating three threads a day lol

I think most people who actually watch HW were giving Fury a pretty good chance of winning based on how slow and tired Wlad looked his last outing and how good Fury has looked.

It was mostly the guys who have boycotted heavyweight and never watch it (unless Wilder is fighting) who just dismissed Fury as another Leapai.

Its funny how a fighter goes from P4P top 5 to shot when he fights an opponent who uses the right gameplan and has the ability to pull it off.

I dont think Fury is an amazing fighter though. He could well lose within his next few fights, hell maybe even the rematch if he doesnt stay consistent

As much as I give Freedom, sh**... He is 100% correct. To be as ignorant to say a 40 year old, 20 year pro fighters isn't showing age is down right ******! Fury took advantage of age and an obvious slower version a Klitchko.

Not but one fight before, against Jennings spectators/fans/analysts were claiming an obvious showing of a faded fighter against a much lesser opponent but people were quick to forget.

Agreed!!! People were quick to forget the very lack luster performance against a much lesser opponent in Jennings. After the Jennings fight most analysts and fans claimed an obvious slowing in Wlad!

wladimir was high on p4p lists because he was so dominant when compared to guys of his size, not because he looked as good as he did when he was in his prime.

in his prime he had a lot going for him. his jab was always on point, and hthe right hand or the left hook would come behind it when mistakes were made. he never went out there to set the thing up and take lives, but he'd be able to capitalize on your mistakes. he didn't do that against fury. he'd paw his way in and set up a clinch

wladimir hasn't been a top p4p fighter for a while if you consider his ability. lot of people put too much stock into resume / track record when they look at the p4p list. relly, you want to know who would win if these guys were the same size and fought, not who has the best record.

He fought no differently than he always fights.

He just wasn't fighting some fat chinless American with no heart or some big stiff European dummy.

Certain people were always going to be bitter if a so called clumsy giant British oaf went in there and won. Not only won but made it look like a piece of piss.

Well you must've not been one of them since you repeatedly claimed Wlad was going to destroy Fury.
