This is true, but if Jacobs decides to fight GGG or Eubanks/O'Sullivan next, then what? All I'm saying is that Lara shouldn't assume that his LMW accomplishments will make him a valuable MW. The only way Lara can force guys to fight him is by putting himself in position first.

That would be a great fight and a great way for Jacobs to show up Golovkin. Or a great way for Lara to put himself in position for Golovkin. Either way it would be a good thing.

Jacobs is a young fun exciting fighter who if promoted properly has the capacity to put lots of butts in seats and eyeballs on TV.
Lara is who Lara is. I doubt Al takes a risk and puts a possible cash cow against a money pit.

because that never happened, moilna hugged himself to a draw but the better punches were landed by the Cuban, lets put it this way, if instead of Lara it was canelo, he would have won by a least 5 points...

It may have been ugly, but molina deserved the nod..

Anyway,,, to my point,, when has Lara looked like a p4p caliber fighter on par with hopkins, rigo, floyd.. Fanboys always claiming he is one of the elites, but he has never looked good vs any name guy

Because that never happened. Compubox was BS for that fight. So many punches hit Lara's forearms. No one took that fight really, it was a disappointing performance for Lara, and Molina was just there to spoil not win.

No they weren't. Molina made Lara look silly which is surprising and Lara fans loved compubox when he fought Canelo doe.

Any answer to my question why Lara is not calling out Jacobs considering this fight is relatively easy to make compared to Golovkin? Can anyone ask him why he's not interested in Jacobs?

Why is Lara not calling out Jacobs? Is it because he has no excuse in case Jacobs calls his bluff? Remember, it's easy for PBC/SHO fighters to call out any HBO fighter, then say the fight can't happen because of network/promotional differences. In this case there is none.

We can speculate about the outcome of the fight all we want, but this is strange. He calls out GG, a HBO fighter, but not Jacobs, a PBC fighter.

One wrong answer from Lara when asked about Jacobs will effectively label him a duck. Agree?
