He looked like he froze.You're right he was looking at Jacobs the entire time, including the time when the ref was grabbing him and stopping the fight - he was still looking at Jacobs. I don't even think he knew the ref was in front of him for a second.

I think people just repeat whatever they hear, with all this his eyes where out of it. When he was looking right at Jacobs, with a normal stance, while in one spot, THEN the ref stopped it.

And Im not saying Jacob was not done(Probably was), but that moment his body and stance didnt say scream "Im done" Like people keep repeating. Just because Paulie said it.

AND he started slightly bouncing too. How does that scream "Im done"

Jacobs is underrated while guys like Lee and Quillin are extremely overrated.

It was fast, but he was on quuuuuuuueeeer street , if ref didn't stop it...it would have gotten embarrassing, multiple KD's. He had THAT look.

He was looking like Khan in there, stumbling around and trying his hardest not to hit the mat.

3. Quillin didn't complain about the stoppage.

1. was he taking them at the time of the stoppage?

Quillin was standing straight up balanced, hands up, and looking at his opponent. What more do people want?
