its still surreal to me...i cant watch that fight, its actully painful for me


also, although not nearly on the same level, lacy vs calzaghe...i had no doubt who would win that fight, and it just didnt happen at all, or even close too it.
to be honest, im still in shock and a little bit of me still holds on to the delusion that lacy would ko him if they fought again

i really cant watch the tyson douglas fight neither. its like when u know whats going to happen but u still try to yell at the tv to do something else,and u hope the ko doesnt come but obviously it does. i be lookin at the intros and i be sayin "damn tyson doesnt know he's going to lose"

tyson losing to douglas was sad for me the way he got battered wasnt even funny, tyson back then was supposed to be invincible, plus tyson vs lewis, when he got battered and in the corner he said "i cant, i cant do it", like he knew he was gonna get KO'd.

but my saddest moment in boxing was when marco antonio barrera got completely ahnialated and destroyed by manny pacquiao. barrera is my favourite boxer of ALL time, and to see him lose the way he did was sad for me, even though barrera has lost 3 times before that fight, in all his losses he at least fought back and wanted to fight and he at least put up a fight in them losses, but in that fight against pacquiao, it was like manny took barreras heart, it was like barrera didnt wanna fight pacquaio anymore after the 7/8th round, it was like manny just broke him down and took all his confidence away from him. ive got that fight on DVD and i hate watching it, in fact i try not to watch it

I'm seven years old and Muhammad Ali was defending his title again Leon Spinks. I kept asking my dad why Ali doesn't knock him out. Dad just sighs and said, "Old Ali underestimated him."


Thank God I didn't find out about the Holmes fight until years later.
