Why would you not call him lineal?I guess this is good, I mean we now have a new HW champ who has charisma and I would call him lineal being Wlad didnt lose in 10+ years.
probably better the torch was past before wlad retired.
IDK I used to like wlad back in the day before steward when he was more aggressive. Ended up liking vitali way more who never changed his style and didnt clinch.
props to fury
He's practically the undisputed champion. Wilder picked up a paper belt ffs.Comment

As a big wlad fan I am a bit sad to see him gone not how he wanted, but I think people will recognise his greatness in years to come if he decides to end the story after tonight.Comment

Agreed.
People should respect Vladimir regardless. He was a great champion.Comment

I agree. I thought it was embarrassing. The kudos Fury is getting for his 'brilliant performance' is insane to me. Wlad threw nothing. Ok, Fury was moving, but Wlad didnt even try. It was a pathetic performance from Wlad that all Fury had to do is move around and throw an occasion awful punch.I'm happy for Tyson because I like him and have followed him for a long time. That said, I think he looked awful. Really embarrassed that he won it on that performance and that Wlad was not throwing at all.
As someone who likes both guys I wish the winner would have looked impressive. Fury is one of these guys, like Robert Guerrero, whose personality I really like but they aren't great by any means. I find myself being terribly critical about their boxing.
It could be easier, but also Wlad will throw more and be more aggressive. There could be a big KO either way.
I like Wlad, but i believe in years to come he wont be regarded as a true great. The HW division has been pitiful, and he is decent. His best win is...Haye? Then gets beat by Fury. Its a long way from greatness imo.Comment
