All these great resume opponents Canelo been with GGG would beat them all more clearly and decisively. Difference is they were not afraid to step up and fight Canelo, GGG another story, besides Lara.

Just because you ride the jock of one particular fighter doesn't mean we all do. That's the difference between a boxing fan and fanboy.
I didn't get into this sport because of one particular boxer. And if I did that fighter would have been Cotto as I rode with him for every fight from Gomez to Pacquiao to Maywearher to Martinez. But he started acting like a diva after the Martinez fight so I had to step back.
I recognize real and I don't **** ride. You don't have a dog in the fight because you know the outcome and you know who'll win but it hurts your little fanboy heart to say it.
I think that's the 3rd time I've owned you, now peace.

Not saying Golovkin is easy to hit but he will be in front of him, if Golovkin tries to jab his way in he may think twice after being countered, it won't be like Lemieux where every single jab landed. It would be a close fight but Canelo's HANDspeed is very fast for someone flat-footed. He'll be able to land solid combinations on the slower Golovkin and catch the judges eye.

This thread heated up fast. That being said anyone who favors Canelo in this thread because of whatever reason (supporting their countrymen, favorite fighter, or just hating on GGG) would likely bet on Golovkin if the betting odds were 50/50. Against current 160 lbs fighters i wouldn't bet against GGG and there is maybe 1 or 2 168 lbs who would be slightly favored against GGG (if not equally matched).

I personally think Golovkin walks through him and stops him in less than 8 rounds. Personal opinion of course and i'm not even a GGG fanboy. I just don't think he has the skill or IQ to control the distance to keep Golovkin away or counter enough without taking shots himself.
I'd give Floyd a much better shot, although he doesn't belong anywhere near 160, he barely belongs at 154 but got by on skills. so i'm not one of those who wants him to fight him just to try and get him beat. I just mean Floyd is the one guy that i think could control that distance for the whole 12 rounds with sheer IQ. I don't think Canelo is quite skilled or smart enough to do it.
