They will because of the money involved but there really is no need for a rematch. She was thoroughly dominated, embarrassed and got knocked out in the most brutal manner.

Ronda was exposed as a fraud by Holly Holm by KO

Rousey was beaten down and humilaited as bad and outmatched as any fighter ever in the UFC. Ronda was exposed as a fraud with zero stand up ability.
Rousey was unprepared flabby and out of shape with a huge bubble butt and got knocked out. Rousey has no boxing skills and it showed in the KO. Holm is a pro boxer as Rousey has no stand up. Rousey has fought terrible weak opponents with few skills. No exposed as a fraud Rousey is finished. Cyborg Ko's Rousey just as quick,. Rousey is a fraud a soft flabby big mouth who is hated everywhere in the UFC. Average skills outside of Judo as Hilm showed how sad Rousey actually is. Great to see the evil Rousey beaten down and humiliated. Rousey is not a good person.Good won over evil in the KO.

Rousey got Annihilated

Holm just showed she was the superior fighter. Rousey tried to get her down and couldn't. Holm was bigger and stronger. No rematch needed and although it hasn't been reported I believe Rousey suffered a concussion if not multiple in that fight. Please believe she had at least one concussion. Don't believe me just watch the fight again how she stiffened up on that straight left before the head kick and subsequent blows on the ground.

Bish needs to learn to move her head before learning anything about offense. But I think she'll never beat Holly unless she learns some wrestling and how to shoot for takedowns. Anything, but the same basic shyt over and over.

Forget about punching with Holm. She could have 10 Roach's and Mayweather's in her corner and it still wouldn't make up the vast difference in experience and she doesn't appear to be physically stronger either. I don't think there's anything she can do short of improving her wrestling to that level. Even then you have to use some kind of boxing or striking to get yourself in range to do all of that and she's not ****ing with Holly at all with the hands and feet so it looks like she has met her match.

Rousey's face is a mess, she had to have plastic surgery on it and she hid it from the cameras at the airport. She looked like a lost little girl clutching that pillow to hide her face. Fell bad for her, but this is the sport she signed up to compete in.

Holm's long range technique is superior to Rousey's ability to get inside and shoot for a take down to move the fight to the ground where she's better. Rousey has no choice but to work on her stand up game to close the gap in skill levels between them. Otherwise she's never going to get Holm to the mat. And a rematch would follow a similar path I think.

Even if Rhonda improves her boxing skills, there's leg work to consider also. Even though they were few in number, Holm has solid kicking technique. I saw shovel kicks to the thigh, a thumping side kick to the chest, and that finishing roundhouse was fabulous.

Holm embarrassed Rousey. Cyborg, the bigger athlete with few shortcomings in her repertoire, would take out Rousey in the first round.
