Rousey's face is a mess, she had to have plastic surgery on it and she hid it from the cameras at the airport. She looked like a lost little girl clutching that pillow to hide her face. Fell bad for her, but this is the sport she signed up to compete in.

Her face has got swelling, but it was her lip that had a deep cut and needed surgery.

It was nothing more than the UFC version of Tyson vs. Douglas and now it's Ronda's turn to watch her aura of invincibility fade. To get some idea of the hype all one need do is look at the reaction to her throttling. Geez, there were really chaps out there that thought Rousey was gonna crush dudes? Bout the only thing she's going to be crushing now is Ben & Jerry's and a remote control.

I think Rousey is less concerned with the Physical damage and more concerned about the ultimate cost. Her opponents now know her glaring vulnerabilities, and if she should carry on in the sport she should have a care.

I listened to that podcast. He lost credibility when he said it's a work because Holm kicked Rousey in the neck rather than across the jaw.

It's like dude, do you NOT understand about nerve clusters in the neck, whiplash, concussions, etc?

If you've got a solid jaw a punch to the face won't do much, but a neck kick (or punch) is a surefire way to KO somebody if you have the power.

The day before it was "this bttch can beat Mayweather"(lol) "this bttch is a badaas" ..but now she is 1 dimensional? smh...even Mayweather would be "exposed" ...fk them kinda fans.

I blame Rouseys success as her downfall and she really thought she was unbeatable. She overlooked Holm massively and never considered her a threat, honestly.

as a boxing fan im proud of Holm bcuz i believe it takes more dedication to get to the top in my beloved sport than it does in the MMA...for some reason ive always looked at MMA fighters as guys who just one day decided "hey i wanna be a cage fighter"..no offense but the boxers i know have been boxing since childhood while the MMA guys jusy came to the gym bcuz they thought it be cool to be a cage fighter.

I'm damn curious to see how Ronda approaches the rematch. I don't know how she wins that fight. I thought she would use more wrestling, rather than judo, because she doesn't have to get as close to do it and walk through all of those punches, but I just listened to her ex talk about her having bad knees, so she can't really wrestle.

I think the rematch may be a pretty boring fight with her afraid to commit to anything - or the exact same thing will happen again. Good for Holly.

I think most people knows this would happen in a rematch, she isn't going to be arrogant enough to go face first again like she did in the last fight. She really does need a good game plan to pull off the win over holm, holm wasn't just a trained boxer, she does other things as well from what i read about her, so a rematch might just have the same outcome as the first.

Boxing fans are some of the worse in sport, I don't really know any MMA fans or nor have ever visited their forums so i can't really judge them, but the same boxing on here who kept saying Rousey would destroy Mayweather are the same ones calling her a bum now.

I think Rousey looked in poor shape last week as well.

She gassed after 3-4 minutes of stand up fighting.

I'm no expert on MMA, but Holly Holm beats her 10 times out of 10.

She is kryptonite for Rousey, who relies on rushing into take-downs and intimidation for weaker opponents.
