exactly anyone with half a brain can see he never was and will never fight GGG. That's what this is all about. Fear of fighting GGG. Everything else is smoke and mirrors. Cotto win lose or draw was never going to fight GGG and if he's going to get striped he rather save some bucks and not pay. He was never a middle weight in the first place he cherry picked a gimpy damaged good fighter to win a belt.
