Same here I think Rios is not done he just needs to get his weigh under control, if he gets on a training routine daily for the next 6-10 months he can make weight with ease but the problem with him is that he stuck in his ways and wont change, once the fight is over he turns into a couch potato till his next fight is official and not a day before does he get into the gym and train and at that point he has to shed 30+ pounds in 6-8 weeks which is an insane rate to do it.

If you look at how he looked for Alvarado 3 he was healthy and made weight fine and all he did their was started training camp earlier and stayed in shape from the diego fight and parley that into the Alvarado 3 fight.

So imo he has room to comeback if he takes it seriously but I'm afraid Rios is just stuck in his ways and wont put in the daily work in.

Fun Fact: Rios never does Sit Ups or Runs for training only time he gets on the treadmill is the last week when its crunch time to burn off every lil extra he can.
