It's nice to try and predict who might be the champ in a few years BEFORE they are the finished, polished article rather than sitting on the fence saying 'unproven' and then just saying I told you so when however many prospects fail to make it imo. I mean anybody can do that and by default 9 times out of 10 you're bound to be right.
That's basically just guess work. By the same token it's easy to keep guessing and guessing saying this guy's going to be great and that guy's going to be great until you finally get one right then you can claim you're a boxing expert like Laced Up.

I don't really know enough about other HW prospects but he does look the most promising and I do actually want him to succeed. I won't be saying I told you so because I never said he would fail. I just need more to go on.

If I had to predict, I'd predict Haye to knock him out in truth.

The ability to fight on the back-foot

      Defence
      Head Movement
      Punch Resistance
      Good footwork

I mean all he's really shown is that he hits hard and can knock out joiners and postmen. That's literally it.
      He's shown fine footwork.

The rest he hasn't had to show.

Must be limited with a poor chin.

I'm not sold on Joshua I think he needs to lay off the bodybuilding a bit he strikes me as stiff and rather robotic, pushes his punches that said Whyte sure isn't going to test him.
I think people see Whyte with 13 K.Os in 16 outs & about 10 stoppages in a row and assume he is this big puncher when I'm really not sure he is even that. He doesn't strike me as a puncher in the slightest. I don't see him being different from the other duds Joshua has walked through.
Like a Derek Chisora with a jab & probably a third of the durability.
I think there is a good chance that Whyte can't even take a good shot. He is very awkwardly built this really small peahead, he just doesn't strike me as a natural heavyweight. More a long limbed, blown up heavyweight carrying a few spare tyres. Featherweights head on a Heavyweights body.

I'd be amazed if he lasted beyond 2 rounds. You can't stand in front of a juggernaut like Joshua baring no defense. He doesn't look any better than the lumbering Scot Joshua just nailed. If he was to fight the ancient shot Kevin Johnson he'd probably barely squeak out the narrowist of decisions.
I can't get excited for this one he isn't one to test Joshua just another lamb to the slaughter.

I predicted this as well in this thread. Joshua is a prospect not a champion, an on form haye is imo the second best fighter in the division.

Never said he's limited. I don't know if he's limited because so far he's fought part time P.E Teachers and some of their voluntary helpers.

I said the fact he's shown me no versatility so far makes him seem limited at this point.

I never said he had a poor chin either, just at that it has a question mark on it.

You literally he said he was crap, had no chin, no future and might as well pack it in now.

Anthony Joshua.... dude has been fighting Plumbers and the biggest dudes at the local pub.

Need to see him in there against actual boxers.
