Tito running through Vargas, Reid, then Joppy created momentum to the point Bernard was an underdog. If Golovkin beats Alvarez now, he won't receive alot of credit like what happened with Lemeiux.

Vargas and Reid fights were 154

Joppy was his ONLY fight at 160 before Hopkins, so he didnt really stablished himself at 160 before Bhop

Add to the equation that Trinidad - Hopkins was postponed by 3 weeks after 09/11 terrorrist attack (Bhop went back to train in Philly, while Tito remained in NY helping, and trying to keep his peak condition on a threadmill) That affected his performance, hence the results. The fight would have been different without none of this factors.

.... Canelo has been fight at Middleweight for some years now (155 pounds) he is an pretty much an stablished MW already.... hehehe

you dont get it, canelo is not after that title, and when he moves up to 160 he will fight GGG with or without the title, and if it happens on a year or two it will only benefit canelo who is only getting stronger and more experienced, it will be wiser from their side to make it later...
if GGG wants it now he will have to call canelo at whatever weight canelo fights... before the kirkland fight canelo said the plan was to get a title fight at 154 in the near future, so if that happens 155 will be out of the question for GGG, he will have to make 154 for that fight...
and ill be honest if the fights happens tomorrow at 160 i will give GGG the edge, if it happens at 155 or 154 edge for canelo IMO, and if it happens late 2016 or early 2017 at 160 it will be a close fight...

The tittle doesnt mean **** to either Canelo or Cotto....Vacating or getting stripped is irrelevant to them and makes GGG no better.... #fact

Interesting you say Jacobs and Quillin will duck.they've been ducking. The White boy Lee beat Quillin and got robbed and has the heart to fight anyone. Fan boys glorify cowards and duckers too much.. fk Quillin and Jacobs, I'm not supporting that garbage spar session.

This is why so many of us suggest GGG should move up.

As long as you vacate the title if you win, then do whatever you want.
