Well it's there in plain English. Ward never stipulated that GGG would have to give up a fight against Cotto or Canelo.

Seems the deal was similar in nature to the one which Ward managed to agree with Kovalev.

That's what happens when two sides actually both want a fight which was not the case with Ward and GGG.
