Pernell Whitaker deserves a mention, he can do it all, he wasn't the biggest puncher but he had more than enough power to get respect.

Love him or hate him, that version of Mayweather was the real Mayweather in my eyes when i think of him as a great fighter, not "Money Mayweather", that one was a master of the ring and winning but as a great boxer and fighter, you can go back more than a decade to find the best Floyd.
Agreed. That's when he was putting punches together. Pretty Boy was the best version for sure.

                    Blazing fast
                    Very good puncher
Great killer instinct against top opposition
                    Underrated Body puncher
                    Good inside fighting
                    Complete punch repertoire
                    Can fight 15 tough rounds
Leonard is the reason I became a boxing fan. Watching him fight was more than just watching a fight, it was watching an event. NO LIVING BOXER ON THE PLANET right now throws combinations like Leonard did in his prime. The closest since is Roy Jones.

Floyd from 130-140 was a combination of power, speed, defense, and ring IQ.

I truly believe that version of Floyd was one of the best to ever lace 'em up.
