And once again, Froch actually got in the ring with Ward. GGG didn't.

    Minor detail I know!
I'm talking about the offer by Ward to fight Froch at Wembley or the 02, but not Nottingham, remember?

Another minor detail, Froch and Ward are both SMWs, and were fighting in a SMW unification series. GGG is a MW and aiming to unify at 160.

That was just talk not an "offer". GGG turned down a written offer from Roc Nation.

Who cares? Froch fought him. GGG didn't. End of story.

          I see.

When was that written 'offer' given?

Had there been serious negotiations before this 'offer' or was it bogus?

Was Golovkin close to signing a unification fight in his own weightclass at the time of this 'offer'?

Golovkin's team confirmed the offer. Seemed to be a similar agreement to what Ward has with Kovalev.

Old news now. Ward-GGG will just have to be a fantasy fight. At least we got Ward-Froch and will likely get Ward-Kovalev. Real fighters, real fights.

How do you know it was a written offer? Did you see it?

I heard it was an email. Or maybe it was a tweet, like the "offer" Golovkin turned down from Lara, eh?

And next time I see you driveling on about it, I'm going to remind you about that "end of story", btw.

An email is written...why are you being pedantic? You already acknowledged the offer as did both camps.

Lara didn't offer GGG a fight. Abel Sanchez turned the idea of fighting him when it was presented to him by Loeffler.

I don't know what this has to do with this thread. You sound butthurt.

Dude. It was a bogus offer. Not serious. It was a troll offer. You know it.

Yes its probably now only a fantasy fight.
