Don't be an idiot. People take plea deals because they can't afford the cost of going to trial. I come from a family of lawyers and you are straight talking out of your ass here. If there was absolutely nothing on Floyd his lawyers would have told him to fight it to clear his name. And even if he took a plea his lawyers would have been good enough to have no jail time involved. The fact that he accepted jail time says the prosecution, and Jr.'s legal team, knew they had a good case and would win in a trial. Again, rich people don't take plea deals that send them to jail.

I know he took a plea deal to avoid a felony trial where his children would be forced to testify against him. Im sure his lawyers told him he would get a slap on the wrist if he took a plea. I don't understand grown men on a boxing forum talking about Floyd beating women, when in actuality some of these cats could be rocking their posts from a prison library somewhere. If boxing fans decided to drill down into the lives of these guys and they're morally outraged about Floyd, hell they'd walk away from the sport completely upon closer inspection of everyone else. Since when is moral outrage part of the 10-point must scoring system?
