    One of their reps spoke to the media about it, I'm sure you can find it rather easily if you care to search.

    I'll post this again since folks here seem to have trouble with comprehension;

    That's a statement about a fighter's mentality. It's not calling out a bigger fighter, then running away with your tail tucked.

      No trouble with comprehension. He was quite sure of himself when he said. Your little disclaimer doesn't change that.

      Post the rep who spoke about it. If not, its bs.

        Yeah but they are already established stars this is the new era and you think with all this hype his numbers would have backed up those claims but they didn't why because fans for once maybe got sick and tired of mismatches and over hype !

          If you have time to make 20,000 posts you can look it up your damn self. The sun also rises in the East, but I guess you won't believe that unless I post a link either.

              I'm still astonished hardcore fans can't figure out that boxing isn't a super popular sport anymore. We're not in the 90's or the mid to late 2000's. Outside of Floyd and Pac, the most PPV's would do were about 350-400K.

              Floyd and Pac pretty much prevented other stars from growing. They're popularity ****** too much of the attention and curiosity from casuals and UFC didn't help either.

                Agreed there those two held the boxing world hostage and when they finally met in the fight people wanted for ever they stunk up the joint and that left fans with a bad taste ..I will say this though the more it's on broadcast tv the better Ppv needs to go away all together imo

                  Adonis is the big dog at 175lbs, Ward is the B-side this fight has to happen in Canada the superman doesn't need to agree any terms to this diva antic bish, likely would ask for 6 tune-ups before its finalized.
                  Ward needs to do or die and take the belt in Canada. Fighters unwilling to fight the champion in their backyard in general is idiotic and delays the sport's growth.

                  Fighters should act like fighters and let the suits do the job.

                  • Yea, I'm not in doubt about signing with HBO, but the other part seems highly questionable. Andre Ward tends to say alot of dumb things that aren't exactly true. So thats why I am curious to know if HBO came out and said this, or Ward and his team did.

                    What has Ward said that was untrue?
