    No one called Cotto Mexican.

And what's the point, he is still a fraud who has no business being anywhere near this weight division.

Cotto can't carry GGG jock strap.

This pretend ass MW champ is a fraud.

Cotto fought a weight drained fighter and still couldn't take him out quicker than GGG did.

But you were too ****** to come up with the correct words. That's understandable and not surprising.

    • What I really don't get is all the hate Cotto is getting for being honest and calling like it is and doing what anyone in his shoes would do.

From day 1 he said he's not a real middleweight, that no organization will dictate his career, that he doesn't have any problem vacating the belt if it comes to that, that he'll do what he and his team understand is the best for him. He's being very consistent in what he's been saying since the beginning.

Now, he's milking the MW strap to the fullest, and is because the WBC has letting him do it. He's saw his opportunity and took it...took care of business. For God sake, the guy will make 30+ mil in this coming fight, who the F*** wouldn't take advantage of that?

What he's saying in this thread is 100% true with or without GGG he's a 1st ballot HOFer, made crazy amount of $$$, got an impressive resume win or lose fought pretty much everyone from 140-154...so if GGG doesn't bring the type of $$$ he wants, why fight him?....I think GGG will have his WBC belt soon enough!!!

        An '07 Mosley?

Have never been impressed w/his resume at all. Definitely one of the more overrated names of the last couple decades. He makes for excitement and has a decent skill set. That's as far as it goes in all objectivity.

Though I will five him props for beating Alvarez. That would be a solid win.
Cotto resume is one of the best of any active fighters in boxing at this moment

at 140 Defended his WBO title againsta few undefeated fighters and big punchers such as Kelson Pinto (21-0-19kos) , Ricardo Torres (27-0-26kos), defeated a seasoned veteran in Demarcus Corley (29-3-1-19kos), Defeated big puncher veteran Randall Bailey (28-4-27kos) Cotto KOed all of them! Malignaggi (27-0-4kos) lost and had his jaw broken in to pieces....

at 147 He defeated Carlos Quintana (22-0-18kos), Zab Judah (34-4-25kos)(still in his prime), Shane Mosley (still in his prime, coming off 2 big wins against Fernando Vargas and Oscar De la Hoya). Lost to Margacheato (loaded gloves we all know) (almost got killed by the dirty mexican). Came back and defeated Joshua Clottey (very avoided fighter at 147 due to dirty tactic headbutts). Was weight drained to 155 pounds in order to fight "PED" Pacquiao at the time (WAS KTFO)..... the list goes on but just to give you an quick example.

What about GGG's best win??? Murray? Lemiuex??

The reality is, if you think Ward's resume isn't that great, then you think GGG's resume is a bowl of turd covered in urine.
Some of these clowns will even stoop to amateur victories combined with fantasy fights to upgrade Golovkin's resume in an attempt to match Ward's.

explain the sham. Cotto has fought the same level of competition as ggg has at mw. Once November 21 is over he would have actually fought better opposition than ggg has at mw. don't tell me that fighting a few pounds under the upper limit of the mw division renders that fact false. The mw division is 155-160 not solely 160.

He is reffering about Daniel Geale, (only opponent in common between Cotto/GGG have)

Geale quit vs GGG with only 10s left in the 3 round....

Geale quit vs Cotto with 2 mins left in the 4th round.... (thats ONLY a 1 min difference aprox)

Ps : Still that left hook Knocked down was way nastier than GGG's stopage....
GGG fan boyz celebrating THAT!!!???? #pathetic #sickening

                  Froch!

                  Wow, damn great!

                  Let's see, since then.

                  Hmmm, crickets.

Well, he has recently been dragging ****ty SMW up to fight at 175.

But Ward says Kovalev is the goal! Just not yet.

Ward sure likes to have goals, but when he is ready.

Ward wanted GGG, but just not yet. Really doe!
No doubt that Ward has been a profound disappointment in recent years, but his resume is still pretty damn good. Didn't have a close fight in the Super 6. I'm sure you'll diminish the significance of those wins, though. Right? And, 3, 2, 1 . . .

                  • Ward got gifted Super Six and Froch, but ducked other tough fights

No one said Ward didn't have a better resume, but it's hardly 20 times.

And in last 4 years it's been complete ****.

His last two fights have been pathetic.

If GGG pulled the **** at either Cotto or Ward are now pulling, you all would burn him in effigy.

38 years old SMW, Unranked, pulled up to LHW, giving three weeks to get ready.

to make Ward look good on PPV.

I can only imagine what you haters would be saying.

                    Were too ******, or am?

****, is that supposed to bother me.

Of course you won't believe it, I'm graduating from Purdue University Graduate school Summa Cum Laude.

I think I'm ok with taking criticism for calling Trinidad a Mexican instead of a Hispanic.

What excuse you have for the horrid syntax?

Whose the better opposition. But Canelo isn't a MW doe.

Funny how he is suddenly now a MW.

                    Cotto isn't beating Canelo anyways.

And both of those *****es will quickly duck GGG, and everyone knows why.

They don't want those liver shots.

But Ward does, really really does. In 18 months.

                    Everyone wants GGG eventually.

First off he has fought no one at full middleweight. Maravilla was done, Geale is a bum and canelo should be at 154 but neither of these two can stay off the food that's why they made their own division.

As for the resume I think Martin Murray deals with Cotto and Canelo in simple fashion.
