Best names on Ward's Resume are:
Kessler (#1 SMW)
Abraham (#8 SMW)
Froch (#3 SMW)
Dawson (#1 LHW).. drained 7 lbs, bleh.

Golovkin has:
Andy Lee
Andre Dirrell
Lucian Bute

And I'm sure you're gonna say that those rankings don't mean crap (even though they're all from Ring mag), but do keep in mind, for comparison purposes, that Abraham (#8 on Ward's resume) is currently being challenged by Murray (#9 on GGG's resume)

I agree that their current standing isn't as good - which in fact is exactly my point about why recent history needs more emphasis and why I don't rate Ward with Kovalev and GGG P4P.


It does in my opinion. I don't see why beating 93 year old Hopkins and Pascal puts him over GGG.

Hopkins and RJJ have better overall resumes which is why they'll be going into the Hall of Fame before any of these guys. They also have recent one sided losses which is why they can't be ranked ahead of them P4P. Englsh mother***er.....do you speak it?

The names on Golovkins resume are more established veterans, Kovalev outside of Pascal(who kinda sucks) and 50 year old Hopkins contains more untested newbs.

Geale, Murray and even Lemiuex and Rubio is more experienced than most on Kovalev's resume. Close, likely still have Kovalev slightly ahead.
