On top of this none of Canelo/Cotto is not even close to Mayweather in historical significance. If it is maybe worth (in his mind) to weaken himself for the Mayweather fight (which I personally do not agree and think that this is a mismatch either way) it is not worth to weaken himself for Canelo/Cotto - ESPECIALLY WITH THE MIDDLEWEIGHT TITLES ON THE LINE. If they would not agree to fight him at the proper weight - so be it. He will take the title in court or by WBC decision if the latter will be true to their words. Then he will fight real middleweights like Andy Lee and become undisputed middleweight champion. He does not need to cater to the haters like you who want to see him lose and weaken himself by losing weight. For some reason "daring to be great" is the argument that is applied to the fighters you like to see losing.
It is so transparent that all this ploy from Canelo and Cotto fans is to lure Mayweather to fight for "lineal middleweight title". In process of this they are disregarding the fact that all the sides involved are mocking this title by applying ridiculous catchweight demands. For instance, Cotto fans claim that Cotto beating Geale is the same as GGG beating Geale. The difference is getting lost only on very casual fan, who does not pay attention to the contracted weight.
    GTFOH clown

    Golovkin: I'll fight anyone at 154, 160, 168.....
Gennady Golovkin, who might be the best middleweight -- hell, one of the best boxers, pound for pound -- who you don't know, was at Madison Square Garden scouting Sergio Martinez Saturday night.

They have been saying that rubbish for the last 3 years LOL.

And you tried to call me dishonest

The last time they made that claim was about a week ago LMAO

Nobody at 154, 160 Lasts Twelve With Golovkin
Abel Sanchez, trainer for IBF/IBO/WBA middleweight champion Gennady “GGG” Golovkin (34-0, 31 KOs), was not surprised with his boxer's one-sided domination of fo

You have attempted to ask that amazingly childish question more than once.

I am hoping that Cotto continues being the warrior he has been through his entire career. Canela just plain out admitted he is scared of Gennady and does not want to fight him. He is a low life disgusting coward.

Why dont you Golovkin fans hold Lovekin accountable for his promises ?

            1) FACT: Golovkin lied to you

            2) FACT: You dont seem to care

            3) As supposed boxing fans, how could you possibly accept Team Golovkin walking away from a fight with the winner by refusing a reasonable catchweight, after stating for years that he can make 154.

I am not suggesting they fight at 154, 156 seems reasonable.....
..... but how is it possible that you guys do not want to see that fight ?

You dumb ****s have been LIED TO !

Has Golovkin ever said that he would fight Canelo, for the MW title, at 155lbs?

The answer is no, he hasn't.

Now stop making an arse of yourself and shut up about it.
