Why do you guys want to see Lara-GGG?

So how is he ducking Lara, because when he does beat him he will get no credit on here. So how does this work

Its a good match up for GGG a mover with decent power and defense.

He'll get credit....some people already give him too much credit. A lot of this forum do...he is a good fight, not great yet....he hasn't faced the competition to proof he is great

If these were the old school weight class the top middleweights(147.1-160) would be Cotto, GGG, Canelo and Lara.....They are the elite guys and I'd definitely give him credit for fighting all of them, even though Cotto is small he is the lineal champion and im not just handing over that distinction when GGG hasn't earned it yet

All I said is that if Lara wants it, then he should pursue it. That simple. GGG is not going to fight outside HBO, that much is Obvious. If Lara wants it as bad as he says then he should do something about it, but he won't, he's just a twitter warrior.
Plus, Lara said he'll fight him at 160; a week or so ago. It's on his twitter, go check it out.
So the weight, that you're trying to make a big deal about, shouldn't be a big deal anymore, because Lara said he'll fight him at 160!

First off Lara needs some wins as a Middleweight to fight the Middleweight Champ.
Second I prefer the winner of Canelo vs Cotto over Lara because both Canelo and Cotto will fight not run.
I like Lara to a degree but I'm not sure he even belongs in with GGG. He has 24 bouts and is hardly active, he fights twice a year, big deal.
If he is the 154 Champ and wants to challenge the 160 Champ fine.
The fight is at 160 NO catchweight. The Middleweight Champ has always been the most prestigous title next to the Hreavy Title but these days the "midget welters" have been the "pie"!
I don't know why they reigned so high the Champ just ran for the last 8 years of his career the most boring welter since Benitez.

Lara is a lot better than other people he fought....Geale, Murray are OK but IMO Lara is a step up and he gets credit in my view......Lara has been in their with Canelo, Ishe Smith, Paul Williams, Angulo etc.

Has Gabe Rosado ever won a World Title? Is he even known at 160? Lara is a Super WBA 154 champ. Usually how it goes in boxing, the most ideal, a champ coming from another class to challenge another champ?

This is why Floyd Mayweather Jr., being a Lineal champ at Super Feather and Lightweight and then stole the WBC from Gatti at 140. Let's not make a Lara bout a big deal.
