Is Ward's resume really that much more impressive than GGG's?

Your sig means nothing because you can't prove the outcome of the fight. All you can do is pick your dog.

Now pleasw do some research on the sport and come back when you know a thing or two.
Lol...wut? I don't even know who you are outside of that asinine comment.

Ah, so OP is the poster formerly known as Booty Dew? I had no idea. Explains a lot tbh.

And again Kessler was only favored because he was the only SMW with world level experience going into the tournament.
Ward has been in with solid fighters since he fought Edison Miranda; the odds of those fights, in addition to the accomplishments of those opponents at the time of said fights, proves as much.

You line up Golovkin's entire slate of opponents on HBO, and you'd see that he's never been placed into a fight where the sports book had hit at less than a 15:1 favorite.

GGG is decaptitating decent fighters left and right but has not fought a Froch or Kessler level opponent. Can't put his resume over Ward's right now.

this is true but ward also had an unfair playing field in the super six. there were rules for everyone else and then rules for ward. ward has to have everything his way or he won't fight. we saw that in the super six and we saw that after the super six when he turned down bute, stevenson, and froch and tried to fight bums for 4 years. its probably due to his cheating style. if he tried that somewhere else the ref might not let him.
