They always make it appear as if Ward wants the fight. He doesn't.

It takes two to tango. His known offer was for late next year. Not even in the immediate future. Which means he wants tune fights first.

Without question. Anyone denying it is delusional.

It would have generated more. That I would admit. But saying that Ward wants it is delusional.

Yes, of course... Even if Ward isn't that "popular", the U.S. media would have had hyped him as the second coming of Floyd.

At least a good portion of people would tune in just to see GGG lose

There's no question that Andre Ward is more notable and famous among boxing fans than David Lemieux and there's no dis*****g that fact. A matchup between Golovkin and Ward would have generated a lot more buzz and excitement among the hardcore fans all around the world. Just on that fact alone, it would have more than doubled the amount of PPV buys that the Golovkin vs Lemieux bout garnered.

People need to forget about Kovalev vs Ward. It's not going to happen.

Ward vs Golovkin is the fight to demand. It's not too late for Ward to do something about it. Make it happen in 2016. Don't care what month.
