    Or he can be the villain slapping the crowd favorites silly in "their" city ie Cleverly & Pascal and they just hate him for being so dominant. You see it is great he is that dominant, Broner tries, but Kovalev could've actually pulled the "CAN-MAN" line cuz he doesn't lose when he steps up.

    As my previous post pointed out it is lack of proper marketing. Main Events isn't used to having such a big fish in their pond.

      GGG had people talking about him fighting Mayweather, Canelo and Cotto. Kovalev has Stevenson, Ward and Hopkins.

      GGG got a lot of exposure being the guy that three huge stars supposedly didnt/dont want to fight, Kov just doesnt have that.
      Or he can be the guy who makes everybody else relevant, the Naseem Hamed effect.
