That's the difference between having a good promoter and a mediocre promoter, right?
Say what you want about GGG's ppv numbers, but K2 is still giving GGG a lot of publicity and good sponsorships .
Meanwhile, Main Events does nothing but trash talk their opponents as if that's going to get them anywhere, instead of doing their damn job.

He literally has to go up every 3lbs, its a new weight class. Moving up in weight in the lower weights is much more common. It's not like Roy Jones going from MW to HW. This is a weight class where you can eat a couple of hot dogs and be in the next weight class.

I'm more impressed with resume, than moving up. If moving up means better opposition, then do it.

He's good but he is an imposter in the top P4P list. He is not really #1. He was placed there within the last year and a half, and his wins within the last year and a half don't scream #1 P4P to me. That is why he is an imposter #1 P4P fighter.

I guess in the media lists he is a recent addition, but I know a lot of serious followers were aware of how great he was from years ago. I have a lot of Nicaraguan friends who wouldn't shut up about the guy for years. Eventually I overlooked his size and appreciated him. I wouldn't discount him just because the media finally discovered him. He deserves the praise.

He has proved he is the best at 175.

              Ward wants tune ups.
              Stevenson ducks him
              Fonfara is being steered away

All he can do is fight who wants to fight him and win.

He is getting better every fight.
B hop and pascal manned up and got beat up.

I definitely agree he needs some bigger wins but that's boxing today. Guys get rated very highly over one or two wins. When kovalev has stepped up he has been deadly and humiliated a legend, regardless of age. He also wiped out cleverly who just gave fonfara, who is rated top five at lhw, a war. He's got some good wins and has looked impressive, I think that's the best we're going to get nowadays.

He's white, he's Russian, he doesn't have good English, he's a heel and the R-word has been thrown around with him.

Doesn't take a genius to work out.
