Julio Cesar Chavez was fighting dudes every other month, but it's not like they were top tier, he just wanted the work. Now all of sudden new boxing trollers get all emotional about it?

That's the thing. Chavez was fighting dudes every other month, Ward is fighting every other year. If Ward was more active then a tune up like this would be more acceptable. If you don't want to fight quality then you have to fight quantity, if you don't want to fight quantity then you have to fight quality.

He started boxing at age 32! He's had all but 2 of his fights in Columbia.

Andre Ward will have him move up to 175 for the fight.

This is another mismatch that makes Ward look bad, but it's not quite as disgusting as Ward-Murdock. I imagine the Nevada Commission will approve it.
