To be honest i never saw a Golovkin Vs Cotto/Canelo fight happening. I had a feeling the Cotto/Canelo winner would vacate before taking the fight.

The WBC need to do this to try to force the fight alright. Canelo may talk about 155 but when it comes down to it I think (if he's not a coward) he will move from that a bit rather than be seen to vacate the belt and run from GGG. He may not go to 160 but I could see him going to 157 ... likewise for GGG.

I hope this doesn't happen and they negotiate on weight.....If GGG would go down to 154 for Floyd it should be no problem facing the A side at 155....regardless of who wins Cotto-Canelo, they will be the draw vs GGG


Also I can do without seeing GGG "winning" another major title without actually beating a titleholder.....it'll be 2 out of 3 if the winner doesn't fight him at 160 or he doesn't agree to go down
