Nice so he becomes undisputed champion if the winner doesn't fight him or wants a catch weight. I think he will get the last strap without a scrap. I don't think even Canelo will fight him at the full middleweight limit.

Canelo is the biggest Fraud in the sport, I thought Floyd was

But I tell you what, after watching this **** Canelo is about to do. I realize Floyd was truly a class by himself.

          Canelo is a ****ing Coward.

Floyd I'm sorry, I thought you pulled ****.

Canelo won't even fight guys his same size.

The WBC need to do this to try to force the fight alright. Canelo may talk about 155 but when it comes down to it I think (if he's not a coward) he will move from that a bit rather than be seen to vacate the belt and run from GGG. He may not go to 160 but I could see him going to 157 ... likewise for GGG.

the ONLY 155 and ONLY 160 talk ... is nothing but that ... talk. They are just getting ready for the negotiations.

honestly I could see cotto pushing hard for 155 but Nelo? The kid is a middleweight ... he's just damn good at draining down.

Uh in a year maybe. For now he's gotta find another bum for that undercard quick, if that other thread is correct and Murdock got nixed by the commission

dont matter who it is, his contract already gives him kovalev next year. a win vs kov and ward eclipses anything triple g has accomplished in one night.

im hoping cotto/nelo winner face him, but with triple g flopping on PPV those guys can say they don't need him.

I kind of agree with you about Canelo to be honest.

But because of 3 things..... Golovkins catchweight demand on Ward..... that "anyone from 154-168" statement..... and all of that "A-side" rubbish..... I have come to two conclusions.....

..... I think it is hypocritical of Team Golovkin to refuse him a reasonable catchweight AND demand that fight immediately.....

..... if they insist on 160 they could at least give Canelo 1-2 voluntary defences to adapt to the weight before fighting a beast like Golovkin.

Preparing for 155 will not be the same as preparing for 160.

They know Canelo will be better at 160 after a couple of camps.

Golovkin is very well-managed..... they seem to be looking for every advantage they can get whilst not being prepared to take any type of risk themselves.
