it's not healthy but they've been doing it since they were am kids.

hell high school, college wrestlers cut way more.

one of my lil bros was like 140 in hs. he would cut water weight to 106-113.

in boxing the hardest part is to get your IN FIGHTING SHAPE weight to within 10-15 lbs. then you just dehydrate that 10-15 lbs to weighin.

so if you're fighting at say 160. just get down to 170-175 and the rest you just cut.

avg human body is 60% water. the better shape you are the higher your water pct. so a fat guy could be 55% water a skinny guy 65%.

Well Cotto has been around for like 10 more years and on PPV numerous times and only did like 300,000 vs Sergio who was another big name fighter so I wouldn't exactly brag about Cotto's numbers either...

Right now he's a super middle weight. So if he beats Cotto he should have no problem fighting ggg at the middleweight limit of 160. But I think his natural weigh is 154 at junior middleweight. Should he win I think he should vacate the title cause ggg is a natural middle weight and will beat him.

That's why there's different divisions. If Cotto is too small leave the fuc*in division and go back down. I don't understand how some ppl find this difficult. Cotto is holding the Lineal status and a MW strap. So CW is bull****, either fight at 160 or go back down and drop the title.

I think most of you guys dont even want that fight.

If the Cotto/Canelo winner dumps the title, then they avoided Golovkin.

If Golovkin refuses a catchweight knowing that the winner will be stripped, then Golovkin avoided the winner.
