Man Johnson is a garbage fight for Golovkin. I think Lemieux would batter Tureano unconscious after 4-5 rounds. If O'Kane had any punching power, we wouldn't even be talking about Tureano at all.

I like Lee, but he doesn't have the reflexes for GGG. That jarring jab would have him flopping all around the ring and I think Golovkin could withstand one of Lee's money hooks and finish Andy off in return.

The best current test for Golovkin is the now Memo-trained Peter Quillin. A juiced up Quillin that can more easily make weight and still rehydrate into the 180's should provide a good challenge. Unfortunately Haymon would block this like Stevenson/Kovalev. The same goes with Golovkin's other potentially toughest fight at MW in Derevyanshenko.

I think people see his record and see that he has 4 losses and immediately assume that he's garbage, but he avenged two of those losses in devastating fashion. The other two guys retired before he could get a chance to rematch them. He also destroyed Macklin.
Heiland is too inactive for me, he should be fighting every 3 months with his level of opposition. I still would like to see Johnson vs. Heiland.

Khytrov and Derev have 17 fights combined, they aren't ready.

It will be Canelo, Cotto, Lee, or Saunders.

Depends how tough they're matched over the next year. Like Lomachenko, they have over 300 amateur fights at the top level and over 20 WSB fights. Both are also getting top notch sparring on a regular basis. They just need top level experience in the pro's. Derevyanshenko's going for a minor-title this December and could probably see someone like Sergio Mora in early 2016. I'd love to see Derevyanshenko/Lara since Lara wants to move up.

If I was DiBella, I'd keep Khytrov against non-movers like O'Sullivan & Reyes. He'll look like a stud and his stock will go up faster.

You're insinuating that GGG ducked Lee...sigh...

Irrespective of what happens in his fight with Cotto, I think Miguel is a better match-up with Golovkin. He has that in-out footwork, good stamina in the first half of a bout and seemingly genuine MW KO power.

Still, you could be right and I could be completely wrong. On Murray, he did do okay, got into some good positions and connected well numerous times, just didn't have the pop to do real damage.
Not at MW, not yet, since he has not fought a MW yet. And I don't think beating Cotto will be a good indicator of Canelo's MW status. I think that a win over Cotto, then Lee or Lemiuex would be a good testing the waters fight for Canelo vs his first real MW. Neither fighter, Lee or Lemiuex, are particularly good, but unfortunately they are as good as it gets outside of GGG. Lee, Quillin, and Lemiuex are the only worthy MW's there. And Lee also has to get past Saunders, which I don't know much of yet because he has only beaten a fellow prospect and has already said he can't beat GGG, so he is irrelevant for now.

This match-up probably won't happen, but I would like to see Magomedov vs. Khytrov or Derevyanchenko.

I also never heard K2 run their mouths about Lee ever since it was supposedly cancelled, instead, just publicity stunts in calling out 168 fighters in which those fights wouldn't even happen in the first place.
While I'm high on Korobov, he is stepping into the ring for the first time in almost a year this weekend. He does'nt want that work, yet. Heiland is food. Lee, while I really like the guy is food for GGG as well. Hell Andy himself has said in interviews that he would train for a 5 round fight with GGG because he knows his best chance is landing a big shot. As for K2 talking **** about Lee. Why would they? He was actually willing to fight him before and has expressed interest in fighting him recently. Thing is for Lee, he has Saunders problems.
