  • GGG's next, Korobov or Heiland?

Forget Tureano Johnson. I want to see GGG take on more Southpaws like Korobov or Heiland before even getting in there with Lee. I don't see GGG beating Lee. Lee trainers will ironic control that range with his reach, and his power is no pushover.

I also never heard K2 run their mouths about Lee ever since it was supposedly cancelled, instead, just publicity stunts in calling out 168 fighters in which those fights wouldn't even happen in the first place.

If by some miracle that Lee does beat Saunders and Lee agrees to face GGG you wont hide away from this thread will you?
Andy Lee does look like a better fighter from the time he fought Chavez Jr though that's as far as I'm willing to go.
Beating Andy Lee would be a good win but the biggest threat at 160 to GGG is likely Daniel Jacobs.

I actually have Quillin beating Jacobs. 2016 is a great year for 160. I see Lee controlling the dstance. After watching Lemieux tag GGG with that left hook I see Lee doing more damage to GGG. I see it going 12.

Yeah man, GGG should definitely prepare himself with tough fighters like Heiland and Korobov before getting in there with the almighty Andy Lee. Legend has it that Andy Lee was actually trained by Bruce Lee, and they are actually related. GGG is in big trouble.

Outisde of Lee I don't like any of these fights, but they're no worse than Quillin & Jacobs. Quillin even ducked Korobov.

What about Andrade-Golovkin? that would be a good fight, or ishe another that likes to talk and hide

Your sarcasm is so elite. Yeah lets see how K2 and Sanchez prepare and promote the defenses either conservatively or all out no less than top 2 in every council. If you were to fight someone, but then it gets cancelled, and you conveniently never try to promote it again...that could be considered as quack quack.

andy lee isn't a horrible fighter. he's strong and he can punch.

that said, he's way too f#cking slow to beat golovkin. he's not going to be able to get out of the way of the jabs. like he did against chavez, he'll end up on the ropes. his only defense will be to get out of range. he can't block or slip golovkin's jab. it's too accurate, and lee's upper body isjust too slow.

i saw lee box live in connecticut once. he had one of the stiffest upper bodies i've seen on a world championship level fighter. he almost lost to an irish fella named McEwan.

You are joking, right? Lemieux barely landed against Golovkin.

Golovkin could probably knock out Lee in one round if he wants to. Lee can no longer take a punch.

Lee would be a good win for GGG but I think ultimately won't prove much of a challenge. Lemule landed left hooks but he's also a lot faster than Lee and more explosive.

Plus Lee would be ill equip to trade hooks with GGG since he has the much lesser chin of the two.

And Lee has already shown he's dangerous when hurt so don't expect GGG to press the knockout. It'll be very similar to the Lemule fight but with Lee hitting the canvas earlier and more frequent.
