This is actually another big fight if Andrade could get his **** together. He's easily the best American fighter at JMW. He has the size for MW. He And GGG is another potential MW super fight but Andrade needs to do his part.

Tureano Johnson is the best opponent for GGG if he can't get Alvarez or Cotto.

Andy Lee and Chris Eubank Jr would be other good opponents.

I also never heard K2 run their mouths about Lee ever since it was supposedly cancelled, instead, just publicity stunts in calling out 168 fighters in which those fights wouldn't even happen in the first place.
Thanks...I know not to pay for a reading from you... Andy Lee will have
flashbacks from the Chavez fight as GGG will nearly break him in half...as for Korobov and Heiland?...Triple G steamrolls through them easily...middleweight is his division for some time to come...

Heiland is a better fighter than most give him credit for. He's not elite or A-level by any stretch, but he's a solid fighter who may be coming into his own at this stage in his career. I think people see his record and see that he has 4 losses and immediately assume that he's garbage, but he avenged two of those losses in devastating fashion. The other two guys retired before he could get a chance to rematch them. He also destroyed Macklin.

Everything depends on what happens with the Cotto-Canelo winner. If the winner agrees to fight GGG, I would be surprised if K2 made an intervening bout. My guess is they would go straight into the May-June fight with the winner.

Should the Cotto-Canelo winner opt to vacate, thats where things get complicated. The goal of unification for GGG is still on the table, so it would just come down to making a deal with the Lee-Saunders winner. They are fighting in December, so realistically GGG could get the Johnson IBF mando out of the way in early Feb, and then fight Lee/Saunders winner in May or June. At that point, there isnt anything left for him at 160.

The wrinkle would be if Saunders beats Lee but wont fight GGG. That takes the full unification off the table for GGG, and at that point he might as well move up, because we know he'll never get the Jacobs/Quillin winner (HBO vs PBC), so sticking around to fight Heiland, Eubank, or whoever else would be pointless.....

If they have to take a fight before Canelo/Cotto a unification would be best, so Lee or Saunders. Outside of that its fairly meaningless and essentially a stay busy fight. Not sure about his own mandatories though, perhaps it would be a good time to get one of those out of the way sooner rather than later, so I guess that would be Johnson.

I got zero interest in seeing Heiland get GGG. He's basically beaten Macklin & thats it. Well & lost to a bunch of "who is that" level guys. He seems like a guy that'll be a #1 contender at some point & he'll fight GGG than. Idk that HBO or K2 should be seeking out this type of opponent right now.

Can't hate on Korobov too much. Don't love that he hasn't fought since Lee sparked him 10 months ago, but I think its a solid keep busy fight.

If I'm K2 I think you just get Johnson out of the way. GGG is going to be a super hot property in the boxing world soon (already doing good, but things can get better) if things go right & the last thing he should wanna be concerned with are ****** alphabet group mandatory's post-Canelo/Cotto winner. Nothing to get excited about with this fight, but idk that you want GGG's next fight to be all that exciting. You want an easy & quick W & have him ready for a May/June PPV fight.

Only thing else worthwhile outside of those 3 guys would be Chris Eubank. He's a noisy guy that could get some attention on GGG's next fight without posing too much risk & he seems willing.

I wouldn't hate on throwing Sergio Mora (not sure if he's with Haymon or not right now) in there. Mora is a name cat & just dropped Jacobs so if Jacobs beats Quillin in December HBO can take a lil **** on Jacobs & PBC at the same time while they are hyping GGG vs Canelo or Cotto.

I'm just speaking in general for a defense. GGG is now on high radar to whoever's going on his resume. What was Heiland's rank when they fought Monroe Jr.? Again I'm just going off what Sanchez or K2 sells their justifications to the public. Does anybody agree that Korobov or Heiland are more of a threat than Monroe Jr.? I wouldn't be surprised if team GGG chose Korobov this time around after he lost to Lee, because this buys time, and also it insinuates to the public that they are testing Korobov in readiness for Lee. Or whoever, because as I stated, K2 never ran their mouth again after the first Lee cancellation, and I even doubt that bout negotiation or contracts even existed. Lee was already holding the WBO belt before they choose Monroe Jr.

It doesn't make any sense why Sanchez said publicly that Monroe Jr, ranked 18th at the time, was the Southpaw to prove that GGG has the goods to fight anybody. This is what Sanchez said! When Lee, the #1 Southpaw holding the WBO belt, and after a first fight negotiation collapse, was never mentioned again! I mean where are the articles that Lee was ducking GGG?! Where is that drama in sports boxing?!

                    I see the time...
