Stevenson is with Haymon, and HBO have offered him a ppv fight with Kovalev. So if there ever was a ban, it isn't in place now.

He has also called out many times for Stevenson to come and fight him on HBO.

word is that haymon was fine with the fight and trying to get a fighter that was on hbo in order to get back on hbo..but hbo wanted no parts of stevenson when haymon got behind him.

Yes, Bieterbiev turned Kov down. Kov walked away from a purse bid that would've paid him the most of his career. You can't only kill Haymon guys and not HBO guys for this.

Please dude, at least be honest. HBO banned Haymon fighters, that's why he isn't working with HBO.

Again you can't read he has a exclusive contract with HBO he physically can not fight on another network. Stevenson is a network free agent he can literally fight on any network including HBO if Haymon allows it. HBO banned Haymon showcase fights. You are smart enough to know the difference between a Haymon showcase fight and a HBO fighter facing a Haymon fighter which HBO has repeatedly said they will do. But in case you can't Garcia vs Salka...fights like that are banned from HBO. They will not engage in a bidding war for mismatch Haymon showcase fights. Kovalev (HBO fighters) vs Stevenson, Beterbeiv ect (Haymon fighters) they are willing to make.

Now are you are FINALLY admitting to what the real issue is. That's your opinion that this is a retaliation from HBO. My opinion is HBO cut ties with Haymon as a retaliation to Haymon trying strong arming them with overpriced mismatches. Regardless which it is right now HBO has proved they are willing to allow his fighters to face HBO fighters on their network. Multiple examples of this most recent they made the offer to Beterbiev and money was not an issue and Haymon still refused. That's my point it's NOT about money and even you admit it so stop saying it's about HBO being cheap or phony purse bids. That's all a smoke screen for the real issue which is Haymon refuses to allow his fighters on that network. Haymon has turned down big money and backed out of purse bids after he lost multiple times simply to not allow his fighters to fight on networks, promoters he has beef with it.

And I could care who is number 1 I want to see the best fights and right now I feel Haymon is preventing that more then HBO. HBO literally works with everyone other promoter, manager, fighter ect. Even if HBO doesn't have a contract with them they will work with outside en****** to make a 1 off fight. Haymon is the only one that will not work with HBO. At the end of the day it's hard to say this hasn't hurt Stevenson because like I said look at his career before he signed with Haymon and tell me he wasn't in a much better position then he is today? So if Haymon is about doing what's best for his fighters then why is Stevenson wasting the best years of his career? Meanwhile all the guys Stevenson could of should of fought are all fighting each other.

Because the purse bid is make believe. You try to overbid and if you lose you still don't allow the fight like he did with Quillen. Keep up. The purse bid is a joke to try and distract people from what is really going on. No purse bid is going to force Haymon to let his fighters fight on a network or card he doesn't want. And his actions are clear he wants none of his fighters on HBO.

im not talkin now..i'm talkino abut when stevenson first brough haymon into his team...but now wat makes u think al owes hbo a fight?? hbo should let kovalev walk away for one fight...dont try to put the oneness on just one side..they forced a purse bid only to walk away 2 before it...that is not cool

hbo is bad for boxing..not haymon...he gets the most views and pays the best money...why should fighters rob themselvews on hbo when haymon can pay them better to fight each other on pbc....why not bid on the dang on fight instead of u saying just go to hbo...hbo's last ppv did 150k haymons did 450k and 5 million before that...
